Im Dezember 1931 gr\u00fcndete Heinrich Borchers das \u201cGesch\u00e4ftshaus Borchers\u201d. Die Einrichtung hat der Tischler Heinrich Borchers selbst gebaut. Sein Bruder Friedrich Borchers, ebenfalls Tischler, f\u00fchrte die Tischlerei in der \u201cOstertorstrasse\u201d. Friedrich Borchers erstellte im Rahmen der\u00a0 Kirchenrenovierung 1974 aus den beiden noch vorhandenen geschnitzten Bankwagen (linker Teil von 1639, rechter Teil von 1934) die jetzige Kanzel.<br \/>Die erste Kundin war Frau Frieda Mei\u00dfner geb. Hartesur. Sie kaufte bei Borchers 1 Paket Tee. Der Verkaufsraum befand sich zu dieser Zeit noch in der ehem. Im Dezember 1956 feierte das \u201cGesch\u00e4ftshaus Heinrich Borchers\u201d sein 25-j\u00e4hriges Jubil\u00e4um. 1965 \u00fcbergab Heinrich Borchers sein Gesch\u00e4ft an seinen Sohn Herbert.
