Gebaut um 1870, wurde sie von der Familie D\u00fcvel betrieben. Sie stand nahe der Ihmer Stra\u00dfe in Richtung Ihme-Roloven rechter Hand, wo heute die Kleing\u00e4rten sich befinden. Das dazugeh\u00f6rige M\u00fcllerhaus stand links der Ihmer Stra\u00dfe. Insgesamt war die M\u00fchle \u00fcber zwei Generationen\u00a0 im Betrieb. Vom gro\u00dfen M\u00fchlensterben blieb auch die M\u00fchle von Hiddestorf nicht verschont. Sie wurde 1938\/39 abgerissen.
